REFUND POLICY
- No Cancellation and refund allowed for customization order.
- If the product is out of stock, order will be cancelled and refunded to orginal source account within 7 – 10 working days.
- No refunds will be processed for damage products while it will be replaced with new product.
RETURN POLICY
- A 360 degree video of the parcel recieved with no cuts and pause until opening of the full product is mandatory to claim defects or damage of the product on the same day of delivery.
- After we accept the replacement on your complaint we expect you to ship the product to the given address, once we recieve the product we will check and confirm the issue and send a replacement.
- We do not accept returns or replacements in the name of want to change colors, slight difference in color, feel of fabric, change of mind etc
- Missing threads and knots will not be considered as damage
- While returning the product , the item must be in the same condition in which you recieved, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packing, failing to these terms retuns will not be accepted.
- We have dispalyed several pictures and named according to google color chart for you to understand the color of the product. colour variations due to photographic light sources will not be accepted. The actual colors you see will depend on the monitor and therefore we cannot guarantee that the color you assume due to monitor display is the same on the product.
